Finding stillness in your life and releasing negative feelings, will minimize overeating, emotional and binge eating, and will help you lose the weight you’ve been holding onto.

You will learn which foods can make you feel lighter and happier, and which foods are sabotaging your overall health. You will learn techniques to deal with stress, depression, fear, anxiety, creative blocks, and more! Without happiness you will never have the optimal health you long for. We all have busy lives. Private sessions are conveniently scheduled to work with your lifestyle. Dial-in conference calls will also be available where you can learn from the comfort of your home. Sessions can be done over the phone, on Skype, or in person.
