What do I wear?

You will need comfortable exercise clothing in which you can move. If you choose shorts, we suggest wearing bike shorts or tights underneath.

It’s my first time doing Pilates. How do I get started?

If you are new to Pilates and/or any of the equipment, you will need to start with the Intro Package ($180/3 Privates). This will give you an introduction to the basic exercises and the principles of Pilates as well as each of the main pieces of equipment. Most people, after completing these initial sessions, are able to join a beginner class, though this is ultimately up to instructor approval.

How often do you recommend I come?

This is a personal choice; some people opt to come once a week. In order to see changes more quickly, we recommend 2-3 times per week. This will allow your body to integrate what you learn in each session as well as carry this awareness into your daily life.

“In 10 Pilates sessions, you will feel a difference. In 20 Pilates sessions, you will see a difference. In 30 Pilates sessions, you will have a whole new body.”
– Joseph Pilates

You may book up to two months in advance.

Waitlist

Our classes fill up quickly! If a class is full, you may elect to be placed on the “Wait List”. If a spot opens up, you will be notified via email. You will automatically be given his or her spot based on your number on the wait list. Keep in mind that once you are placed on the wait list, our cancellation policy will apply so make sure to check your email (Spam/Junk Folder too!) for notifications that you were placed into the class.

Purchase a Class or Membership

In order to reserve classes online, you must first purchase a single class or package. Once you have made your purchase, you may then begin making your reservations online.

How do I handle cancellations?

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please contact the front desk with cancellations for privates and semi-privates so your instructor can plan her schedule and/or fill your spot. If you late-cancel, the fee is the cost of the session. This policy is in place so that instructors get paid.

Class cancellations are handled online (see below: “What if I miss a class?”).

What if I miss a class?

The 24-hour cancellation policy applies to classes as well. Classes are booked and pre-paid online, and cancellations can be executed here as well. If a class cancellation is done inside the 24 hours, the late fee is the cost of the class, as we are not able to fill a vacated spot on short notice.

What if I am running late?

If you have purchased a class series you have reserved a spot in the class, and it is yours upon arrival. If you are late for a private session, the instructor reserves the right to forfeit the session after the quarter hour.

What should I bring?

We provide everything that you will need for your session. Please leave your cell phone at home or on silent.
